TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.0 DELIVERIES

1.1 All orders are shipped using a signed for delivery service

1.2 A delivery card (instructions) will be left if no one was present at your address when delivery was attempted

1.3 Please note deliveries are not permitted on a bank holiday

1.4 To ensure a delivery on Saturday please select the ‘Saturday Delivery’ option before 3pm Friday

1.5 European and International orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service (Royal International Signed For). Please note international deliveries can vary in arrival time – if your order doesn’t arrive within 14 working days please contact us via email immediately

1.6 Messiah Clothing reserves the right to change the advertised price before an order is placed

1.7 Messiah Clothing reserves the right to reject any order

2.0 CANCELLATIONS

2.1 All customers have the right to cancel any order you placed with Messiah Clothing and receive a refund for the possessions initially ordered

2.2 Please note a written request to cancel an order must be received within 7 working days (after date of receipt)

2.3 We only accept returned items that are unworn (no marks/damage), in original packaging and with tags

3.0 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

3.1 We allow up to 14 working days (after date of receipt) for returned item(s)

3.2 Please contact customer service prior to returning item(s)

3.3 A refund will be processed given that the return meets our terms & conditions

3.4 Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the refund to be credited into your account after receiving our refund confirmation email

3.5 We only accept returned item(s) that are unworn (no marks/damage), in original packaging and with tags

3.6 All customers are eligible for the return postal charge – please use a signed tracking service to insure the value of the goods

3.7 The exchange process will take 1-2 working days prior to receiving the returned items.

3.8 Exchanged items will be shipped using the same delivery service as its original order and a tracking number will be provided

4.0 FAQ

4.1 NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER/RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM(S)?

4.1.1 Please contact our customer service team with your order number and missing/incorrect item and they will rectify this for you

4.2 FAULTY ITEM(S)?

4.2.1 Please contact our customer service team with your order number and damaged item and they will advise you on the returns process/product review

4.2.2 We reserve the right to refund or replace if item is faulty from our behalf

4.3 RETURN POSTAGE CHARGE?

4.3.1 All customers are eligible to pay the postal charge for returning items for an exchange or refund. However, if items are held faulty from our behalf we will refund the additional charge.

4.3.2 Please use a signed tracking service to insure the value of the goods

4.4 REFUND DELIVERY CHARGE?

4.4.1 Messiah Clothing does not refund delivery charges – only if item(s) are deemed as faulty in house and under our selling regulations (2.2)

5.0 TRADEMARKS/CONTENT RIGHTS

5.1 The trademarks, names, logos and service marks accessible on this website remains the property of Messiah Clothing and are protected by copyright laws.

5.2 You may only use the content supplied for personal use

5.3 You are not permitted to use any such content in association with any business or commercial enterprise

6.0 SALES OFFERS & DISCOUNT CODES

6.1 All discount codes and sale offers are available for a restricted time only

6.2 Please note orders placed before a discount code or sale offer is initiated are not valid for exchanges
